How applying works
The online form takes about five minutes. A parent, a guardian or the student can complete it.

We will reach out to arrange an interview with the student.
Interview and outcome
After the interview we let you know whether a place has been offered.
Confirm your place
Successful applicants pay the registration fee by 20 December.

You pay nothing to apply. The registration fee is only due if your child is offered a place.

Monthly tuition
Payable on the 25th of each month.
Enrolment depends on seats being available and a successful assessment.
Before you start
Have these ready so you can finish in one sitting.
- The student’s full name, date of birth and gender
- The previous school or institute attended, if any
- The student’s current Qur’anic level
- Any special needs we should know about
- Names and contact numbers for the mother and father
- Your WhatsApp number, email address and suburb
How we handle your information
The details you submit are used only to process this application and are seen only by the Dār Haniyyah admissions team. We do not ask for ID or birth certificate numbers online.

Who can apply?
Students aged 6 and above. The form can be completed by a parent, a guardian or the student.
Does it cost anything to apply?
No. The R500 registration fee is only due from successful applicants, by 20 December.
Is a place guaranteed once I apply?
No. Enrolment depends on available seats and a successful assessment, which we do at the interview.
What happens after I submit?
You receive a reference number straight away, and an email receipt. We then contact you to arrange an interview. Please make sure the phone number and email address you give are correct.
When is tuition paid?
Monthly tuition of R1 300 is payable on the 25th of each month.
